A video shows a site in first place for a keyword with more than 50 million competing pages. OK, MSN is no Google but what would you prefer, “Two Star Hotels in a Small Part Of Portugal” in Google, or, er, how about “Credit Cards” – in MSN? Its genuinely impressive stuff.But how about the timescale? Will it last? Dave says he’s had sites ranking for big words for over a year. Often constantly number one. Always top five. Is it outdated now its out there? Maybe, maybe not. Chris says you can’t reverse-engineer the ranking technique, and you couldn’t spot sites doing it even if you worked for a search engine. Yes, the entire nature of the internet could change overnight, but right now, this must work. How long does it take to see results? Less than a month apparently.
